Description
Leier, an austrian producer of construction materials, has opened a new company site in Zurndorf, Burgenland, creating 100 new jobs in the region. The production site has been constructed by another company, Encron, in 2012, but was closed down in 2018 and Leier has aquired the site as a local partner. Burgenland's governor, Hans-Peter Doskozil, attended the opening ceremony and gave thanks for the creation of jobs in the region. As of today, Leier operates a total of 40 subsidiaries in 7 different countries.
