Description

Nantes-based engineering company Alterea, which specialises in the energy rehabilitation of buildings, has announced that it will be recruiting 200 people in 2022. The company aims to strengthen its engineering teams and double the workforce at its subsidiary Alteresco and at its new subsidiary Bécia, which was acquired in 2020 and is specialised in the rehabilitation of social housing.

Alterea employs 450 people and has achieved a turnover of €51 million in 2021 (+35% compared to 2020). The growth is driven by the demand from social landlords and public players in the field of energy transition. The group had recruited 180 employees in 2021. The company has offices in Nantes, Carquefou, Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Lyon, Strasbourg, Marseille, Toulouse and Tremblay-en-France.
