Pentalog is an American global full-stack IT service platform which aims to support digital and tech businesses throughout their product lifecycle: design, development, marketing, and funding. The company announced its plans to expand its operations in Romania by recruiting 150 people on permanent contracts by the end of 2022. The jobs are for specialists in Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, .NET, Mobile, PHP development and DevOps.
The Bucharest centre is the first Pentalog office to use hybrid working arrangements, with an emphasis on mixed collaboration - remote or face-to-face. The workspace is adapted to the number of employees who occasionally come to the company's premises. There is no rule regarding the number of hours which employees need to spend in the office.
By the end of 2020, the company had 594 employees in Romania.
