Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

KEBA, an automation specialist, has announced the creation of 130 new jobs at the company's headquarters in Linz. The company has hired around 200 new employees in 2021 already, resulting in a total number of over 2,000 employees. The new jobs require skilled workers for various disciplines and business areas, a company spokesman has stated. In order to support recruiting, the company plans to launch a new information campaign to praise the company's appreciative culture of communication, flat hierarchy and career opportunities.
In 2019, the company had a total turnover of € 415.4 million.
