Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Kaseya, an American provider of IT management and security software, plans to hire 500 people by 2025 in Krakow, Poland. Only 150 employees will be hired by the end of 2022. Kaseya has launched its new office in Krakow at the beginning of 2022; the office will become a key research and development Center of Excellence. Opening the new centre comes from the company’s strategy to increase market share in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Kaseya is looking for engineers for research & development and cybersecurity activies. The company is also planning to partner with local universities and organisations to recruit young people.
Besides Poland, the company has offices in Ireland, India and Australia. Kaseya was founded in 2000 and provides its services to over 40,000 organisations worldwide.
