Citi Solutions Center, a subsidiary of Citibank Europe that provides financial services, has announced that it will create 1,000 new jobs in Warsaw and Olsztyn in 2022. The company is currently recruiting in areas such as risk management, internal audit, IT and quantitative analysis.
In Poland, Citi Solutions Center has been operating since 2005. It has two centres in Warsaw and Olsztyn employing approximately 6,000 workers and provides services to banks in 70 countries. It is the largest Citigroup's centre in Europe, Africa and Middle East in terms of the number of employees.
Previous business expansion in Warsaw and Olsztyn was recorded in the ERM database in 2021, with 800 jobs created (Citi Solutions Center-2021-PL).
