European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American digital outsourcing and customer service company TaskUs is to open its first Polish office in Lodz in 2022 and has announced it will hire 100 people. The office will be their second service hub in Eastern Europe. The recruitment process has just started. TaskUs claims that it has chosen Lodz because of its dynamic and diverse culture, service-based economy, and highly qualified and multilingual staff.
TaskUs provides businesses with social media, e-commerce, games, multimedia streaming, grocery delivery services. Currently, it employs approximately 40,000 people worldwide. The company originates from Texas and is listed on the NASDAQ. It has never operated in Poland before.
