European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new electronic platform in the e-commerce sector will expand and create 100 new positions. According to press reports and the announcements of the Ceo of the Company at the Delphi conference on April 5, 2022, the company, as part of its investment plan to expand and upgrade its services, intends to create 200 jobs.
The company started operating from March 2022 as a startup company with the brand name “Shopflix” run by the Wellcomm company of the Marinakis Group. The Company already employs approximately 50 people and carries out product deliveries throughout Greece in cooperation with the courier company «Courier Center» of the same group.
