Description
Renfe, the Spanish rail passenger and freight transport company, is to recruit 160 people throughout Spain. A public employment offer of 160 positions for different specialities has been launched. Out of this amount, 58 positions are for maintenance and manufacturing operators specialising in electricity and electronics; 78 for operators in the speciality of fitter and assembler; 7 for machines and tools; 6 for the speciality of boilermaking/plating/welding, and 11 for the speciality of supplies. Once the results of the call for applications are resolved, the Renfe Group will determine the specific geographical location of the 160 jobs in Spain, according to existing needs.
Those who are interested have until 29 March to submit their applications. At the time of the announcement of the call it is not clear when exactly the job creation will be effective. These new jobs will have as a reference the working conditions and remuneration established in the collective agreement of the Renfe Group.
