Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The management of Carglass, the largest company in the replacement and automobile repair of glazing, announced the recruitment of 400 technicians in France by the end of 2022. New positions will be for glazing technicians. New employees will undergo a specific training course lasting at least four weeks, that will enable them to acquire the skills needed to carry out the job and to validate them with a professional qualification certificate (CQP) for glazing operators.
Previous business expansions were recorded for Carglass in 2019 with 200 new jobs (Carglass-2019-FR), and in 2017 with 400 new jobs (Carglass-2017-FR).
