Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
AURES Holdings, one of the largest car retailers in Europe, has announced the creation of about 250 jobs by the end of 2022. The company is looking for call centre operators, mechanics, IT specialists and data experts for their markets in Central and Western Europe. Precisely, the company has announced 114 new positions in the Czech Republic, 25 in Slovakia, 59 in Poland and 48 for their recently launched brand Driverama in Germany, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
The job creation comes after the company has been breaking records of their used car sales and is opening new branches. As well, its Driverama project, focused on an online retail platform for buying and selling pre-owned cars, is successfully expanding.
