Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics, is to create 500 new jobs in Vilnius by the end of May 2022. It offers jobs for the following professionals: plumbers, electricians, general construction workers, installers, cleaning service workers, and IT specialists. Among these, following the outbreak of the Russian military actions, the group has announced it will employ 100 Ukrainian people who had to leave their country because of the war. The management of the Civinity group has also stated that they will offer accommodation for families of their employees from the Ukraine.

The main activities of Civinity are design, installation and maintenance of ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems.
