Description
The retail company Lidl Latvija has opened two new stores in Riga in December 2021, where about a hundred new jobs were created. One was opened in Teika, which is the first two-storey store of the Lidl metropolis concept in Latvia and about 8 million euros were invested in the construction and development of the store. The other one will be in Ziepniekkalns and will be part of the new shopping centre, developed by VPH Latvija. The store teams went through a training process that was fully paid for by the company.
Lidl Latvija was established in February 2018.
