European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lee Wrangler, part of the Kontoor Brands chain and specialised in jeans clothing has announced it will be relocating the sites of Antwerp and Sint-Niklaas to Switzerland. Due to the new business model and the relocation, 114 employees risk dismissal at its headquarters in Antwerp and its logistics department in Sint-Niklaas. The company management states that Belgian employees will be offered relocation possibilities.
