Indian multinational Infosys BPM is to create 250 jobs at its new centre in Waterford. Infosys BPM is the business process management section of IT consulting company Infosys and provides business and technical support services to companies across telecommunication, manufacturing, social media, healthcare, and fintech sectors.
New positions will be in technical support and customer service as well as for experts in the areas of finance, HR, planning, and capacity management.
The company began its operations in Ireland in 2014, in Dublin, and now has several offices across Ireland.
