European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Portuguese e-commerce platform Brandhero has announced thay it will create about 160 new jobs at its units in Portugal and Spain by the end of 2022. The company is to strengthen teams in several business areas, including M&A, corporate, marketing, HR, supply chain, logistics, sales, business development, technology (AI, data), and customer service.
Brandhero was founded in 2021 and offers brands a simple platform to sell, partner and grow their online business. Currently, the company employs 40 people and operates in five countries: the UK, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.
