European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The innovative healthcare services Paris-based start-up Lifen created a platform that allows doctors to send the medical documents to all their correspondents, colleagues, patients, and establishments. Currently, the company deploys its technology in 600 hospitals. It has announced the recruitment of more than 200 people over the next 18 months because it is planning to expand the use of the platform to other 1,500 hospitals by 2025. The digitalisation of healthcare establishments has seen renewed interest since the Covid-19 pandemic. New hires are planned in technical, product and business teams. The company recently raised €50 million funding from Creadev and Lauxera Capital Invest, with participation of historical investors Serena and Partech.
Lifen was founded in 2015. It is based in Paris and currently employs 160 people.
