Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Publicis, the advertisement and communications agency, has announced the recruitment of 200 people for its new headquarters in Lille metropolis (Nord). The new 5,400 square meters building now hosts several subsidiaries: Epsilon (data marketing specialist), Carré Noir (design), Publicis Consultant (influence, press relations, social networks) and the Content Factory (digital content creator). The management of Publicis hopes that 10% of French employees will be based at this new site. To support the recruitment of 200 employees over the next two years, the group plans to allocate a payroll of around €20 million.
