European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Yousign, the publisher of SaaS electronic signature software that allows all official documents to be signed online, plans to recruit 130 employees on permanent contracts by the end of 2022. The positions will be in all company's departments: IT, engineering and product areas as well as finance, recruitment, human resources, operations, design and marketing.
The company has already recruited 20 people in August 2021 for its offices in Caen and Paris. It currently has 130 employees and will double its workforce by the end of 2022. The company is also present in Italy and Germany and is in the installation phase in Poland.
