Markerstudy Group was established in 2001 and employs around 4,000 people. St Julians is a motor insurance company located in Malta, which belongs to Markerstudy group and serves the United Kingdom market (where the group is headquartered). In order to protect the business and be able to continue trade with the UK after Brexit, Marketstudy has planned to relocate its operations of St Julian from Malta to Gibraltar (UK). "An application to re-domicile St Julians has been submitted to the Malta Financial Services Authority " Markerstudy said in a statement.
