Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Payback, a loyalty programme owned Loyalty Partner Polska, has announced that it will create 250 jobs at its new technology hub in Warsaw within the next three years. The source reports that about 100 positions are expected to be created by the end of 2021. The company is looking for IT specialists, analysts, specialists in Big Data and marketing. The Warsaw hub will provide its services to all countries where the loyalty programme is operational. The company plans to invest almost $50 million (€43.09 million) in the project.
Payback was founded in 2000 in Germany. Currently, the programme is owned by Loyalty Partner, a subsidiary of American Express, and is available in Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and Mexico.
