Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The US-based software services company Dynatrace has announced that it will create 150 new jobs at its Research and Development centre in Gdańsk within three years. The company is to hire mainly IT specialists. The business expansion is a response to a growing demand for AI and cloud-related services.
Founded in 2005, Dynatrace provides software intelligence to simplify cloud complexity and accelerate digital transformation. Dynatrace has 60 offices located in both Americas, EMEA and Asia, employing about 3,000 people. In Poland, the company employs 320 people in the city of Gdańsk.
