Tesco-Global, the Hungarian subsidiary of British retail store chain Tesco, is planning on employing 500 new workers in the country. The company is hiring so that they could adequately serve the increased traffic and demand in the pre-Christmas period. The recruitment campaign is starting in the beginning of October 2021, with plans to hire new permanent workers in both the in-person, and the online stores. Tesco-Global operates several hundred stores in the country.
