French multinational group Armatis, specialised in customer service, CRM solutions and support marketing techniques, has announced that it will hire 100 call centre agents at its contact centre in Bielsko-Biała. The company is moving into a new office, with a space of almost 1,500 square meters, in the city; the new office is expected to open on 20 November 2021.
Operating for over 30 years, Armatis currently employs about 9,000 people worldwide. In Poland, Armatis has its branches in five locations (Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków, Stalowa Wola and Bielsko-Biała), employing about 1,400 staff. In Bielsko-Biała, Armatis currently employs 150 employees and the call centre provides its services to brands such as Orange and Canal+.
