Description

Sweco, a Swedish engineering and consultancy company, is currently recruiting over 1,100 new employees. Out of the 1,100 positions, 240 are located Sweden.

The Swedish company manager, Ann-Louise Lökholm Klasson, warns of a significant shortage of sustainability experts needed to carry out the green transition. According to her, the number of graduates with the right competencies is too small. The shortage of engineers is particularly noticeable in areas linked to the industry’s green transition where the demand for skills is enormous.

Sweco is a leading European architecture and engineering consultancy company. The company operates in 14 countries and has around 17,500 employees in Sweden. Each year, Sweco implements projects in 70 countries around the world.
