The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Verifone, an American company that provides technology for electronic payment transactions and value-added services at the point-of-sale, announced the creation of 100 new positions. The company is looking mainly for specialists in the fields as software, product management, digital sales, customer support and finance. The new positions are available at the R&D centre in Bucharest.
In Romania, the company has a workforce of 400. In 2020, the company advertised 100 new positions.
Verifone was established in 1981 and is headquartered in San Jose, California.
