European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French fintech Mooncard has announced the recruitment of 100 people by the end of 2022, thanks to a new €20 million fundraising round.
With these funds, the young company will expand in France and Europe. It plans to launch within a year in five European countries, including Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
Mooncard offers companies a 'real-time' payment cards that automate the management of expense accounts and business expenses.
