European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
After carrying out a €40 million capital increase, the Satys group has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in 2022. Satys has announced a reorganisation into two separate entities: Satys Aerospace (painting of new aircraft and repainting) and Satys Interiors (design and renovation of aircraft interiors, trains, etc.).
With this capital increase, the group wants to consolidate its financial situation, which was damaged by the COVID-19 crisis, to carry out organic and external growth projects in France and Europe and to make industrial investments, mainly in France. The first signs of recovery are already visible in the forecasts, with the group's turnover expected to rise by 39% for the fourth quarter of 2021.
The Satys group operates in ten countries and employs 2,200 people, including 1,000 in France.
