European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Marketplace solutions provider Mirakl has announced the recruitment of 350 employees in research and development activities between now and 2023, after successfully raising new funds. The start-up provides technical support to retailers, e-tailers and media sites in their marketplace projects, particularly to monetise their traffic. Since its launch, the company claims to have launched over 50 marketplace projects in 11 countries. The CEO has announced the hiring of '350 developers to bring the R&D centre's teams to 500 people by 2023, all in France'. The CEO plans to recruit 1,700 people over three years, mainly in Europe.
