Telecommunications multinational company, based in Spain, Telefónica has announced the creation of more than 500 job offers worldwide, 137 of them in Spain. The remaining vacancies are concentrated in other European Countries and in Latin America. In Spain, 60 of the 137 new jobs will be in its Madrid offices.
These new jobs will be dedicated to customer services in various languages, sales staff and also many jobs linked to the digitalisation of the company: Big Data specialists, IT engineers and e-commerce technicians.
This announcement comes after the internal restructuring of the company at the end of 2020, affecting 2636 workers through an early retirement plan.
