The Belgian packaging manufacturer VPK Packaging Group has announced that it will create 180 jobs at its new production facility in Brzeg. The factory, which is located in the Special Economic Zone in Skarbimierz, was officially launched on 25 June 2021. The company has just hired 120 employees and it will recruit another 60. The unit, with an area of 22,000 square meters, is fully automated.
VPK Group has been operating since 1935. The company has 65 factories in 20 countries worldwide. In Poland, the group has its units in five locations: Brzeg, Radomsko, Sosnowiec, Września and Świecko.
