Description

Polish aviation company LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services (commonly known as LOTAMS) announced that it is to recruit 300 employees at its new base in Rzeszów. The company is building one of the largest ultra-modern aircraft maintenance bases in Europe. At the first stage of the construction, about 300 jobs will be created; ultimately, about 1,500 staff will be hired at the site.

LOTAMS is one of the oldest companies from the MRO branch (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) and it has been operating since the 1930s. The company provides its services to 4 out of the 10 world’s prosperous airlines. LOTAMS employs nearly 1,000 staff with technical backgrounds, including aircraft mechanics, engineers, and planners. Across Poland, the company has 8 technical bases, with the headquarter at Warsaw Chopin Airport. The company also has an international base in Budapest, Hungary.
