American multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products Mars announced that it will create 180 jobs at its new pet food factory in Błonie near Warsaw. The site is expected to be operational at the beginning of 2022. Currently, production lines are being assembled at the factory. The recruitment process has started. The company is looking for machine operators, electricians, and mechanics.
Headquartered in the United States, the company operates in five business segments around the world: confectionery, pet food, food, drinks, and technology & science. Globally, the company employs about 130,000 people. In Poland, Mars has been operating since 1992. Currently, the company has four production facilities, employing over 3,000 people across the country.
