French management and IT consultancy company Capgemini announced that it will create at least 6,350 new positions in Europe by the end of 2021.
In France, the company is to recruit 4,450, in addition to nearly 900 trainees and 850 young people on a work-study basis. Overall, 40% of new staff will be young graduates. In Germany, the company plans to create 1,100 new jobs. Furthermore, Capgemini will be offering more than 600 internships and student jobs in Germany. In Spain, Capgemini is to hire between 800 and 1,000 new employees.
The company is looking for people with experience in digitalisation of corporate and manufacturing processes, cloud, data, embedded software, and engineering.
Capgemini offers advice and services to companies, in the area of managing and transforming their business through technology. Capgemini has 270,000 employees in almost 50 countries.
