American IT company Cisco Systems announced that it will create 150 new jobs at its Global Support Centre in Kraków by the end of 2021. The company is looking for specialists in business and engineering, including software engineering, customer experience and programming.
Founded in 1984, Cisco Systems employs about 76,000 staff worldwide. Cisco develops, manufactures and sells networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products. The company has been operating in Poland since 1995; in 2012, the company launched its Cisco Global Support Centre in Krakow employing 2,000 people. The centre provides IT and business services for clients from Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia.
