European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
South Korean electronics company Taesung Electronics has announced that it will create between 450 and 500 jobs at its new factory in Działdowo near Mława. The unit is expected to be operational in the third quarter of 2021, and it will produce electronics components, mainly OLED TV housings for LG Electronics, which operates in Mława. Currently, the investor is obtaining all necessary permits, the construction of the production facility should start soon. Taesung Electronics was founded in Korea in 1991.
