Description
The German multinational company Bosch will open a business service centre in Vecsés – in Pest county – in April 2021. As a result of the investment, more than 200 new jobs will be created over the coming years.
The centre will give HR support – such as labour administration, payroll, recruitment, and training – and IT support for the Bosch units operating in five Central-Eastern European countries. Later, the range of services provided may expand. A new digital system will also be adopted to support the company’s employees to handle all HR-related administrative procedures.
The regional service centre is part of a comprehensive project of the Bosch group, initiated in 2019, to increase cooperation and enhance synergy between the subsidiaries. The investment cost is close to €19 million, one-third of which is covered by a non-refundable government subsidy.
Bosch operates nine subsidiaries in Hungary and has a total of 15,000 employees in the country.
