IT company ING Tech Poland announced its plans to create between 700 and 1,000 new job positions at its units in Katowice and Warsaw by the end of 2021. The company is to develop its back office services and services for the banking sector as well as operations in risk modelling. The company is relocating some operations from the Netherlands to Poland.
Founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of ING Group, the company provides a wide range of IT services to banking branches, including IT safety, hosting, remote and application services. In Poland, the company has offices in two locations: Warsaw and Katowice. Previous business expansion was announced in September 2019 (150 jobs created).
