Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Dyson, British multinational engineering company, has announced that it will create between 120 and 150 jobs at its newly opened Global Business Service Centre in Kraków by the end of 2021. In total, the company plans to create about 300 jobs at the site. Dyson is mainly looking for finance and HR specialists.
Dyson was founded in 1991. The company designs and manufactures household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, hair dryers and fans. Currently, the company employs over 13,000 people worldwide.
