European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Siliko, the Slovenian development supplier and manufacturer of technical products made of elastomers and thermoplastics, plans to hire 70 workers by the end of 2021.
New employments are due to new contracts with producers of electric and hybrid automobiles.
Currently, Siliko employs 600 workers in Slovenia, supplying the top automotive brands (BMW, Volvo and the Volkswagen group) and the home appliance industry. The company also intends to build a new plant in Sevnica, replacing the outdated one.
