Producer of automotive components Henniges Automotive has announced that it will create 300 new jobs at its plant in Prudnik. The company is to invest €8 million in the expansion of the Prudnik facility. The new production hall is expected to be operational in September 2021. Founded In 1863, Henniges Automotive is a leading global supplier of engineered sealing and anti-vibration components for the automotive industry. In 2015, Henniges Automotives was acquired by AVIC Automotive Systems Holding, a subsidiary of China’s state-owned aerospace and defence conglomerate Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). In Poland, Henniges Automotive has been operating since 2016; currently, the company employs 250 people in the Prudnik factory.
