Description
Specialised in industrial bodywork (renovation of coaches and city buses and renovation of passenger cars for rail transport), Safra has announced 400 recruitments to accompany its investments in hydrogen and electric buses. It has designed an electric bus with multi-hybrid propulsion. This mode of urban transport, called 'Businova', offers a range of 200 kilometres and consumes three times less than a combustion vehicle. Safra has obtained a €4 million contract from the Occitanie region to experiment with the conversion of 15 diesel coaches into fuel cell electric coaches during their renovation from 2021 to 2024.
