Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The digital services group Neo-Soft (1400 employees) has announced 400 new job creations in 2021 to enable it to achieve its objectives. The company has maintained a turnover of €100m in 2020, with a slight decrease of 2% compared to 2019. Its profitability has also been maintained despite the health crisis. The management projects a return to growth in 2021 with a forecast turnover of €108 million (excluding external growth). Neo-Soft's ambition is to become a recognised player in digital transformation, by developing new offers in its business lines (data, AI, cybersecurity, and so on).
Two former recruitments announcement were recorded in the past 450 job creations in 2019 and 115 job creations in 2009.
