Description

U.S.-based multinational SITEL Group, a leading provider of third party business services, has announced plans to invest in Greece, setting up a business outsourcing centre in Athens. This will create 1,000 new jobs. Sitel provides a variety of services, such as call centres, integrated digital solutions for businesses through Sitel-owned TSC, training and staff training services through Learning Tribes, technology support services through Sitel Technical Support, data analysis services, so that businesses get a complete picture of their customers' profiles through Sitel Insights. The facility should be operational in the first quarter of 2020
