Description
The Swiss healthcare company Roche announced the expansion of the workforce in its Budapest regional service centre. As a result, 150 new HR positions have been opened.
The reason for the restructuring is that the scope of responsibilities in the HR area will be broadened: the Budapest centre will perform complex HR tasks – such as recruiting and selection of new employees, compensation, and benefits – along with business support and marketing services. The recruitment starts on 1 March and the applicants are expected to have good English language skills and work experience in the HR field.
Roche Szolgáltató (Európa) was established in 2006 as a subsidiary of the Roche group of companies in Budapest. It provides global support and professional advice to more than 120 Roche subsidiaries operating in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) region in the areas of finance, procurement, human resources and computing units. Additional expansions are on the horizon as well: according to the plans, another 100 positions are to be opened in the field of financial services by the end of this year.
