Description
Online furniture retailer Wayfair announced to open a new logistics hub in Lich (Hesse) in May 2021. Due to the high demand for its products and increasing online sales in Europe, the US-American chain headquartered in Boston decided to invest into a new hub in Germany. For the opening, the furniture retailer is looking for 240 new employees. The new site will also serve as Wayfair's administrative headquarter in Europe. Over the coming years, the company expects to employ a total of 400 to 500 employees in areas of supervision, management, administration, logistics, health and safety and maintenance at its site in Lich.
