Description

The government has announced the creation of 4,000 'digital advisers'. Their mission will be to support and train the 13 million French people who use digital services in a limited way, if at all, due to a lack of skills. These advisers will organise workshops and training courses on the daily uses of digital technology: creating a CV, protecting personal data, using social networks, completing online procedures, and so on. These 4,000 professionals will work in various structures located in the territories: France services agencies, local authorities, libraries, retirement homes, third party sites, social action centres, and so on. A budget of €200 million will be mobilised within the framework of France Relance to finance the training and activities of these professionals for two years.
