European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hollister Lietuva, the US manufacturer of medical devices and equipment, is to create 101 new jobs in Kaunas. The new manufacturing plant in Kaunas free economic zone was opened in 2019, and currently, Hollister Lietuva is expanding its production facilities and has plans to increase its team from 340 to 441 employees by the end of 2021.
The company will be looking for operators, quality assurance technicians, equipment maintenance technicians, production engineers, process engineers-programmers and other specialists. At the end of 2020, in preparation for the expansion, the company decided to increase the authorized capital by €17 million.
