European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US-based Cloud content management company Box has announced that it will create 150 jobs at its new Research and Development Engineering site in Warsaw within the next 24 months. The company is looking mainly for engineers, web developers and HR specialists. To help accelerate its long-term product strategy, the team in Warsaw will drive some of Box’s most important product developments in partnership with its established team headquartered in Redwood City, California.
Founded in 2005, Box is a leading cloud content management platform that enables organizations to accelerate business processes, power workplace collaboration, and to protect their most valuable information. Box provides its services to companies such as AstraZeneca, General Electric, JLL and Morgan Stanley. The company has sites in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Currently, the company employs over 2,000 worldwide, including over 200 in Europe.
