Description
Finnish bakery company Fazer Leipomot will hire 100 new employees in 2021. The company plans to open new bakeries across the country in 2020 and 2021.
According to the company, there is a growing need for bakers since the consumption of artisanal bread has increased. However, labour shortage in the sector may hinder the recruitment process, in particular around the capital area. Fazer Leipomot cooperates with some of the Finnish education providers in order to bring people with the right type of competencies to the sector.
Fazer Leipomot is part of Fazer group, one of the largest corporations in the Finnish food industry.
